Geminate Dental Management Extension
Geminate comes with a feature of Escalate dentist inside the dental management system when in some situations, an existing dentist is not able to solve the case or by any other reason we need to transfer or escalate the case to another expert specialist dentist for further solution. during the escalation process, the new dentist will get the notice by mail about the new case and the escalation history also managed under the case.

Screenshots
Go to Dental Management -> Consultation -> Cases.
Click on "Escalate" button to open wizard.
Click on "Escalate" button.
When clicking on the "Escalate" button, the case will escalate to the new dentist and the old dentist will get free from the individual case. escalation history will be available on case form.
Go to Dental Management -> Consultation -> Escalate Cases.
Go to Settings -> Technical -> Emails.
Send notification mail to new dentist.
Same dentist than raise a warning.
"Escalate" is invisible when "Cases" state are cancel or done.
